How do I get access to Pro or Enterprise?
By sending us a short email. We set up your access and send the invoice — usually within two working days. No upfront payment is required.
Why can't I order online directly?
Because during the pilot phase we set up every organization personally and work out which analysis modules and integrations you actually need. Once that phase is over we will add self-service ordering. Your terms will not change because of it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Write to us and we will adjust your plan for the next billing period. Because we invoice manually, there are no prorated interim charges.
What happens when I reach my analysis limit?
You will see a notice in your dashboard. Your analyses reset next month — or you can request a larger plan before then.
Are there discounts for educational institutions?
Yes, we offer special pricing for schools, universities, and non-profit organizations. Just name your institution in your request.
